We deliver unmatched value thanks to optimised design, standard operating procedures, low project risk and strict zero waste policy.
To control cost and construction time, we source all materials locally except for fastening hardware which we bring in from Germany.
Each project is built by our own staff. We don't rely on local contractors and thus guarantee completion on schedule and on budget.
No custom work, no specialised craft or equipment. All the materials that we use are readily available off-the-shelf.
Advantages of Framed Construction
Framed structures require less material, minimal foundations, less labour and simpler tools. Our builds are thus more economical and significantly faster. We complete most units in under 3 months, compared with 6 to 12 months for concrete.
Wood naturally slows heat transfer. Interiors stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Unlike masonry, wood doesn't store heat during the day and doesn't release it in the living space after sunset.
Wood is a sustainable carbon-positive material, sourced locally. Our carbon footprint is thus 3 to 5 times smaller than concrete equivalent. Unlike masonry jobs, ours produce practically zero waste and consume no water.

Design Process
We deliver turnkey homes, ready to move in and handle all aspects of the project, from initial design through construction completion.
In order to streamline the design process, you may select one of our ready-made designs and customise it to best suit your needs and your budget.
Based on your design preferences and site-specific conditions such as soil properties and local materials availability, we draft a "List of Specifications and Deliverables" detailing materials, hardware, finishes and maintenance, as well as overall construction timeline and critical milestones.
The "Design & Specifications" phase takes approximately 1 month, including basic site survey and land staking.
